摘要
廿一世纪隧道及地下空间的大发展已成必然。我国目前在隧道及地下工程建设的许多重大问题上没有立法 ,造成混乱和浪费 ,该领域的技术立法亟待加强。同时对如何降低隧道及地下工程的造价需加大力度进行研究。
A great development of tunnels and underground space is an inexorable trend in the 21st century. However, there is still no legislation on many important issues of tunnel and underground construction in China, thus resulting in confusion and wastes. Technical legislation for this area demands prompt strengthening, besides, the research on reducing the cost of tunnel and underground engineering also needs to be strengthened.
