摘要
目的测定中药常通口服液中重金属镉(Cd)的含量。方法采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)。结果重金属镉Cd在0.0025～0.0125μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.37%(n=5,RSD=2.73%)。常通口服液中重金属镉含量符合规定。结论该方法简便、准确、快速、重复性好,灵敏度高,可为常通口服液的质量控制提供一种简便方法。
Objective To determine the content of the heavy metal Cadmium(Cd)in Changtong oral liquid.Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP -MS )was used.Results The calibration curve was linear in t he range of 0.0025～0.0125μg /mL for Cd(r=0.9997).The average recovery of the heavy me tal element of Cd was99.37%(n=5,RSD =2.73%).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and e ffective.It can be used for the quality control of Changtong oral li quid.
