摘要
文章采用氢氧化钠以及用MnCl2.4H2O和NaOH对取自攀枝花某地的硅藻土进行改性,并研究了原样硅藻土与改性硅藻土对Cu2+吸附性能对比实验,研究结果表明:硅藻土改性后对Cu2+的吸附性能较原样硅藻土明显提高,碱改性硅藻土对Cu2+的吸附率可达约80%,锰氧化物改性的硅藻土对Cu2+的吸附效率高达约95%;pH是影响吸附效果的最主要因素,经实验证明pH=5时吸附Cu2+效果最佳;Cu2+初始浓度与硅藻土的投加量对Cu2+的吸附效果影响大体相同;在Cu2+初始浓度为40 mg/L时,硅藻土用量以4 g/L较为适宜。
In the paper,using sodium hydroxide as well as with MnCl2-4H2O and NaOH from Panzhihua where diatomite was modified,and the study of original and modified diatomite diatomite adsorption of Cu2+on comparative,discussed the solution initial pH,diatomite dosage,adsorption time,Cu2+concentration in solution on the adsorption effect.The results show that: diatomite modified on the Cu2+adsorption performance than original diatomite is obviously improved,alkali modified diatomite on Cu2 + adsorption rate up to about 80 %,manganese oxides modified diatomite on Cu2 + adsorption efficiency of about 95 %;the pH value is the main factor influencing the adsorption effect,after the experiment that pH=5,Cu2+adsorption effect is the best;the initial concentration of Cu2+and diatomite dosage on Cu2+adsorption effect is largely the same;in the initial concentration of Cu2+40 mg/L,4 g/L diatomite dosage with more appropriate.
