摘要
利用循环伏安法研究了铜与8-羟基喹啉形成配合物的氧化还原性质和配合反应机理。讨论了不同配比配合物的配位情况,得到以各种不同配比下的铜与8-羟基喹啉电化学性质的关系曲线。在优化的实验条件下;pH=5.2(Na2HPO4-柠檬酸),静止时间80 s,吸附时间3 min,扫速0.05 V/s,铜与8-羟基喹啉形成的配合物具有一定的电化学活性,主要为1∶1配合。在0.154 V和0.60 V附近出现2个氧化峰,当配体量较小时,0.154 V处生成铜(Ⅰ)-8-羟基喹啉络合物,平衡常数为869,为表面控制。随着配体量的增大,在0.6V处出现铜(Ⅱ)-8-羟基喹啉络合物的氧化峰,平衡常数为2.41×107,为表面控制。
In this paper the redox properties and reaction mechanism of the complexes between copper and 8-hydroxyquinoline was studied by cyclic voltammetry. Coordination state of the different proportion of complexes were discussed and the relation curves of electrochemical properties between copper and 8-hydroxyquinoline under different proportion were got. Under optimum experimental conditions:i, e. pH = 5.2( Na2HPO4- citric acid), the quiet time is 80 s, adsorption time is 3 min, scan rate is 0. 05 V/s, the complexes of copper and 8-hydroxyquinoline have certain electrochemical activity, which mainly for 1 : 1 to cooperate. There are two oxidation peaks near 0. 154 V and 0.60 V . When the quantity of the ligand is small, the oxidation potential of copper ( Ⅰ )-8-hydroxyquinoline is obtained as 0. 154 V and the equilibrium const is 869. The reaction of system is the surface-controlled process. As the increase of the proportion, the oxidation potential of copper ( 11 )-8-hydroxyquinoline is obtained as 0.6 V and the equilibrium const is 2.41× 107 ,which is affected by surface control.
