Electrochemical study of molybdenum-group corrosion inhibitor

摘要 用动电位慢扫描法研究了钼系缓蚀剂在去离子水中和含5ppm Cl- 的去离子水中对A3 钢的缓蚀性能,并与200ppm 的K2CrO4 在同样条件下对A3 钢的缓蚀性能作了比较。在5ppm Cl- 的去离子水的敞开体系中,100ppm Na2MoO4 的缓蚀性能与200ppm 的K2CrO4 相当;复合缓蚀剂Na2MoO4 (12ppm) + NaNO2 (23ppm) + ZnSO4(5ppm) + 十二酰基肌氨酸钠(100ppm) 的性能优于200ppm K2CrO4 ; 复合缓蚀剂Na2MoO4(86ppm) + Na2SiO3(114ppm) 的性能显著优于200ppm 的K2CrO4 。 Separately in deionized water and 5ppm chloride ions containing deionized water, corrosion inhibition of molybdenum group inhibitor on A 3 steel was studied by method of potentialdynamic polarization, and compared with that of 200ppm potassium chromate in the same condition. The results show that corrosion inhibition of 100ppm sodium molybdate is equivalent to that of 200ppm potassium chromate, and complexing corrosion inhibitor consisting of 12ppm sodium molybdate, 23ppm sodium nitrite, 5ppm zinc sulfate and 100ppm lauroyl sodium sarcosine is superior to potassium chromate in corrosion inhibition, and complexing corrosion inhibitor consisting of 86ppm sodium molybdate and 114ppm sodium silicate is remarkably superior to that of 200ppm potassium chromate.
