电化学方法研究硫脲与烯丙基硫脲在盐酸介质中对不锈钢的缓蚀作用 被引量:2

摘要 用电化学方法研究了硫脲与烯丙基硫脲在1mol·dm^(-3)盐酸中对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在20℃的缓蚀作用。证实了硫脲与烯丙基硫脲的加入能提高1Cr18Ni9Ti在盐酸中缓蚀能力。对两种缓蚀剂的缓蚀能力的原因作了理论探讨,认为硫脲对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢是阴极缓蚀剂,烯丙基硫脲即是阴极缓蚀剂又是阳极缓蚀剂。 The inhibitive action of thiourea and allythiourea on the corrosion behaviour of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in 1mol · dm-3 HCl was investigated by using electrochemical polarization. Two inhibitors reduced the corrosion rate of 1Cr18Ni9Ti S. S. It was seen that the inhibition efficeney of Thiourea was lower than allythiourea. thiourea was a cathodic inhibitor, allythiourea was not only a cathodic inhibitor but also anodic inhibitor.
