摘要
社会工作实习教育目标影响社会工作实习教学内容、教学方式的选择。我国现阶段社会工作实习教学目标定位模糊,社会工作实习课程的专业知识标准缺失,社会工作专业实习在课程教学内容、方法的选择方面,呈现多元价值观冲突、教学成效不显著、社会工作实习教育目标被异化的现象。本文从社会工作实习教学目标体系的多元化整合角度,提出构建社会工作实习教育的整体性合作模式。
The goal of social work internship affects the choice of teaching material and methods.Currently,the goal setting of social work internship is still vague,in that there lacks professional standards in devising the social work internship course.Besides,multitudes of values conflict with each other in the choice of teaching material and methods,which further contribute to insignificant teaching effects and alienation of social work internship goals.Starting from the integration of diversified teaching goals in social work internship,this article puts forward an integrative model for constructing social work internship education.
