摘要 介绍了制备高密度、高强度复杂粉末冶金零件的新技术——温压工艺,论述了温压工艺的致密化机理.讨论了聚合物的加入方式和选取原则。在此基础上,提出了今后温压工艺的研究发展方向,并对其应用前景进行了展望。 Warm compaction process, a new technology preparing high density,high strength and complex PM parts,is described. Its densification mechanism is surveyed. Also the addition method and the selection principle of polymers is discussed. Base on this,future research trends and the potential application of warm compaction is presented.
