摘要
叙述了超声波在选矿工程中的应用,研究了超声波处理对矿浆颗粒性质变化、矿浆中溶解氧和矿浆PH值的影响,探索了超声强化浮选脱硫的可行性,提出超声处理矿浆作为一种手段,配合适当的浮选工艺与黄铁矿抑制方法,能达到浮选脱硫的最佳效果。
This paper studies the effect of ultrasonic wave treatment on the change of pulp properties, dissolved oxygen and pH of pulp as well as the feasibility of enhancing desulfurization by flotation with ultrasonic wave. It is proposes that optimal result of desulfurization coals be reached by applying suitable flotation technology and pyritedepression method together with ultrasonic treatment of the pulp.
