摘要
在我国政府主导的反贫困进程中,社会资本在确实发挥着作用。对此,可以用一个供求分析框架进行研究。该框架建立在反贫困工作中政府的需求和社会资本的供给分析基础之上,包括相互联系的三个层次。与已有的研究框架相比,供求分析框架具有三大优点,这些优点使供求分析框架在推进产出分析框架以及经验研究方面具有重要的启发性。
In the process of anti-poverty in China,social capital has taken effects in fact.So we could set up a supply-demand frame to analyze,which includes 3 inter-contacted levels.Compared with other frame,it has three advantages,which bring some important insights in promoting the research on output and empirical research.
