摘要
分析了我国开挖及钻探作业的管理监督现状。介绍了荷兰开挖及钻探作业管理监督的措施——建立KLIC联盟、颁布并实施相应的法律法规、采用风险管理方法,提出了相关建议。
The current status of management and supervision of excavation and drilling operations in China are analyzed. Measures for management and supervision of excavation and drilling operations in the Netherlands are introduced, including building up a corporation named KLIC, promulgating and implementing corresponding legal regulations and adopting risk management method, and related suggestions are made.
