以深圳市为例,分析了第三方施工对燃气管道及设施破坏的风险,从风险控制、信息管理、事故分析、人力管理、制度流程、应急管理、宣传培训等方面提出了预防措施。
Taking Shenzhen City for example, the damage risk caused by third party construction to gas pipeline and facilities is analyzed. The prevention measures are proposed in terms of risk control, information management, accident analysis, human resource management, policies and procedures, emergency response, propaganda and training.
