摘要
建立了饱和器湿空气涡轮(HAT)循环中的关键部件的一维传热传质均匀模型,得出了热、质交换沿高度分布的理论曲线;给出了水气交换界面的含湿量曲线,从而解释了饱和器内的传热传质量与高度的关系及原因;还考虑了水气界面水膜热阻对饱和器性能的影响,并提供了水膜热阻的计算方法。
An one-dimensional uniform mathematical model of thermodynamic process for the saturator of Humid Air Turbine is set up. The theoretical curves for distribution of heat and mass exchange with the height are obtained and the curves of humidity content at the air-water interface are also given,which can interpret the relationship of the heat and mass transfer with the height. The effect of the water film resistance at air-water interface on the properties of the saturator is taken into account and a method for calculating the water film heat resistance is proposed.
