摘要
建立了可用于湿空气透平(HAT)循环加湿过程研究的湿化器试验台。采用自行设计的旋流式喷嘴,通过改变喷嘴顶端喷孔的直径,测得了不同喷雾场中空气进出口参数,并分析了液滴尺寸对传热、传质过程的影响。在试验条件下,热质传递性能与液滴尺寸并非呈单调增减关系,而是存在一最佳雾化粒径分布(索太尔平均直径SMD)。
A humidification test stand can be used for study on cyclic humidification process of humid air turbine(HAT) has been established. Adopting self-designed swirl nozzle, through changing the diameter of spray-hole at top of the nozzle, the air inlet and oulet parameters in different atomizing fields have been measured, and the influence of liquid-drop size upon the heat transfer and mass transfer process being analysed. The results of test show that the relation between heat medium transfer performance and liquid-drop size isn’t merely increasing or decreasing one, but having an optimal atomizing particle size distribution i.e. Sotainian mean diameter(SMD).
