摘要
法学教育在繁荣发展之中存在非规范化发展以及脱离社会发展需求的现象。作为法学教育领域的第三世界,应用型高校的法学专业的人才培养模式的着力点在于:结合本校实际,确立多元化人才培养目标;调整与此相适应的课程体系,培育特色专业课程;重视实践教学环节。
The phenomenen of non - standardized development and being divorced from social development demand exists in the rapid development of law educatio. In application - oriented colleges and universities, the third group in law education field, the training mode for law talents should be focused on: establishing diversity talent training objectives in combination with the reality of the college or university; adapting curriculum system to it; cultivating speciality professional courses; emphasizing on practical teaching.
