摘要
近年来,高校党的基层组织负责人的选拔问题,引起了诸多学者和高层党的领导人的关注,在普通高等学校,院系党组织书记到底需要具备哪些胜任特征呢?本文研究的核心是高校院系党组织书记胜任力模型的构建。主要运用SPSS17.0软件对调查问卷的结果进行处里,最终得出了构成党组织书记胜任力模型的11项胜任特征,该模型的构建,一定程度上可以用来作为高校院系党组织书记岗位要求的参考标准,具有一定的现实意义。
AbsIn recent years, The problem of selecting Secretaries of the party organization department in higher education institutions have caused the attention of the scholars and the leaders. How many compentence charcateristics are needed by the Secretaries of the party organization department in higher education institutions？. The core of the paper is building the model of the Job Competence of Secretaries of the party organization department in higher education institutions. With the help of SPSS 17.0, we find out the 11 com- pentcnce characteristics of the Secretaries of the party organization department in higher education institutions. It is the reference stand- ard of the job requirements of the Secretaries of the party organization department in higher education institutions. And, it have the cer- tain practical significance.
