摘要
目的探讨卵巢肿瘤的CT诊断价值。方法对46例手术病理证实的卵巢肿瘤的CT表现回顾性分析。结果 46例大多数为良性肿瘤,表现为边界光整的薄壁囊性肿块,囊性内脂肪密度、牙齿和钙化等是囊性畸胎瘤的特征性表现;内部细而规则的分隔是囊腺瘤CT特点;恶性肿瘤内部呈实质性和混合性,肿块边缘不光整,增强后实质强化明显,并且多见盆腔转移。结论 CT能较好的显示卵巢肿瘤的形态特征,与周围的关系及了解其良恶性,对制定治疗方案及术后随访有指导意义。
Objective Explore the value of CT diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods 46 cases with operation and pathology of ovarian tumors a retrospective analysis of CT performance.Results 46 cases of most benign tumor,manifested as circumscribed thin-walled cystic mass with cystic fat density,tooth and calcification was a cystic teratoma of the characteristic performance,internal fine regular separation was cystadenoma CT characteristics;internal malignancies were substantial and mixed,mass edge finishing,enhanced after parenchymal enhancement was obvious,and see more of pelvic metastases.Conclusion CT can better display ovarian tumor morphological features,and the surrounding relationship and understanding of its benign and malignant.It has guide significance for plan treatment and postoperative follow up.
