摘要
设计了通用性模拟量输入通道,描述了集散控制系统实现热电阻、热电偶、电流、电压和频率信号的"万能"模拟量输入通道的设计方法与原理。结果表明,新型通用性模块增加了DCS系统的可组态性与实用性,降低了用户生产与维护的成本。
The analog input channels for general use were designed,including that for DCS thermal resistance, thermocouple,current,voltage and frequency signals.The application results show that the new universal modules can increase configurable performance and practicality of DCS system and can reduce production and maintenance costs.
