摘要
介绍了分布式控制系统的结构和功能,并对MTBE的生产工艺的进行了分析。以原料供给量的控制为例,应用串级控制策略,引入变频调速技术和在线醇烯比测量技术,进行了系统的优化设计。
This paper introduced the Structure and Function of distributed control system and analysed the production technology of methyl tertiary butyl ether.Taking raw material＇s quantity of output as an example,using the strategy of cascade control system,adopting variable-frequence voltage technique and methanol/isobutene ratio＇s on line measurement,this paper made an optimal design for the system.
