摘要
目的:探讨对重型颅脑损伤患者进行院前急救时,如何为患者赢得时间,尽可能挽救其生命。方法:充分利用救护车上的抢救仪器,对院前985例重型颅脑损伤患者进行预防窒息,止血,防止休克,抗脑水肿及正确转运等急救措施,并进行临床观察。结果:68例患者抢救无效死亡,420例患者经进一步手术后挽救了生命,340例患者直接住院观察治疗,157例患者因并发症死亡。结论:及时、有效的院前急救为患者进一步的治疗提供了条件,提高了抢救成功率。
Objective： To investigate how to gain the time to provide pre-hospital first-aid and measures to the patients with severe brain injuries so as to try to save their lives.Methods： Full uses of rescue equipment on the ambulance was to made in order to take pre-hospital first aid measures to prevent 985 patients from suffering asphyxia,bleeding,shock and cerebral edema as well.Also clinical observation was performed on patients.Results： 68 cases died after the timely and intensive rescues,420 patients survived by taking further operations,340 patients went to the hospital directly to have clinical observations,and 157 patients died due to complications.Conclusion： The timely and effective pre-hospital first-aid can provide conditions of further treatment to the patients with severe head injuries in the traffic accidents and improve the rescue rate significantly.
