摘要
采用锻压和挤压的工艺对铅黄铜截止阀成形过程作了介绍,对合格率、成本及金相组织等作了对比。结果表明:从经济成本上看,挤压工艺更为节省成本;从组织上看,两种工艺获得的产品的显微组织及分布相似;从产品合格率上看,锻压获得的产品的合格率为91.95%,挤压获得的产品的合格率为95.69%。
Using forging and extrusion process,the forming processes for lead brass valve were introduced,their qualified rates,cost and microstructure were compared.The results show that,viewed from the economy,using extrusion process more saves cost;viewed from the microstructure,the microstructure and its distribution of products under the two processes are similar;viewed from the passing rates of the products,the forging products pass rate is 91.95%,the extrusion products pass rate is 95.69%.
