摘要
挤压铸造问世６０年，已建立起自己完整的工艺体系和理论基础，在国内外形成年产１０万ｔ以上铸件的批生产能力。在即将到来的２１世纪，随着我国汽车工业等基础产业的发展，国际产业结构的调整，给挤压铸造业以快速发展的机遇，同时面临更强对手竞争的挑战。挤压铸造技术向多学科渗透融合以扩大自己的领域；不断提高工艺水平向产品的优质化、大型复杂化方向发展；改造现有设备，发展新型挤压铸造机系列，是必然的趋势。
A set of complete technological system and theoretical basis has been established for squeeze casting technology during period of the past 60 years. Over 105 t of castings per annual was produced by this methed. As the development of Chinese automobile industry, the transfer of international industrial construction and Chinese entrance to WTO, squeeze casting technology will have to meet better opportunity and more powerful challenge in the soon coming 21st century. Therefore, it must penetrate into other subjects to boarden its large complicated product with high quality. In addition, new types of squeeze casting machines should be developed to replace the existing machines.
