摘要
目的:优化改进天麻蒸制工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以蒸制的温度、压力、时间和蒸制次数为考察因素,以炮制品中天麻素含量为考察指标,进行蒸制工艺优选。结果:优选的最佳工艺为在105℃、1.0Mpa条件下蒸制1h且只蒸制1次。结论:该炮制工艺稳定可行,为天麻的工业化炮制生产提供了重要依据。
Ohjective: To improve the steaming method for Gastrodia elata. Method: Different decoctions were prepared and analyzed by L9 (34) orthogonal design, and the content of gastrodin was determined by HPLC. Result: The optimal extraction technique was as follows: steaming once at 105 ℃ and 1.0 Mpa for 1 hour. Conclusion: The above mentioned steaming technique is stable and feasible.
