摘要
目的:对中国药典2000年版天麻药材测定方法进行改进。方法:测定波长为220nm。结果:线性范围0.384-1.92μg(r=0.9994),平均回收率为96.94％,RSD=1.15％(n=5)。结论:本方法优于中国药典2000年版原测定方法。
Objective:To improve the determination of gastrodin in Rhizoma Gastrodine (Tianma) by Chinese Pharmacopoeia2000 edition. Methods:The detection wavelength was 220nm. Result:The linear correlation was observed is the range 0. 384-1. 92μg(r = 0. 9994). The average recovery was 96. 94% ,RSD= 1. 15% (n= 5). Conclusion:The improved method is better than the original method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 edition.
