摘要
自狭叶香蒲(Typha angustifolia L.)的干燥叶中分离得到6个黄酮类化合物,根据理化数据及光谱数据(IR,UV,MS 和 NMR)鉴定为:槲皮素-3,3′-二甲醚(TF-Ⅰ),异鼠李素(TF-Ⅱ),槲皮素(TF-Ⅲ),槲皮素-3,3′-二甲醚-4-O-β-葡萄糖甙(TF-Ⅳ),异鼠李素-3-O-β-半乳糖甙(TF-Ⅴ)和异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮糖甙(TF-Ⅵ)。
Six flavonoids were isolated from the leaves of Typha angustifolia L.On the basis of spectroscopic (IR,UV,MS,~1HNMR and ^(13)CNMR) analysis,they were identified as quer- cetin-3,3'-dimethyl ether (TF-Ⅰ),isorhamnetin (TF-Ⅱ),quercetin (TF-Ⅲ),quercetin-3,3' dimethyl ether-4'-O-β-D-glucoside (TF-Ⅳ),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-galactoside (TF-Ⅴ),and isorha- mnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside (TF-Ⅵ).Compounds TF-Ⅰ and TF-Ⅴ were found in the genus of Typha for the first time.
