摘要
运用红外热像检测技术对辽宁某炼油厂3.5MPa、5km长的蒸汽传输管网进行实际检测,对其计算方法进行研究,总结出一套实用的热损计算方法,并给出管线的温度分布情况以及提高蒸汽管线保温效果的具体建议。
Considering the insufficiency of infrared technology in detecting, analyzing and assessing steam lines, and basing on actual detecting and study on a 3.5MPa and 5km-long transmission pipeline in a refinery, a practical method of calculating heat loss was proposed and the temperature distribution over the line was pres- ented, including the specific suggestions for improving steam line insulation effectiveness.
