摘要
本研究对远程英语网络教研平台进行具体的设计、制作与创建,探讨研究多主体深度互动模式与远程英语网络教研平台的设计与实现,探索英语教师如何利用技术整体提高远程教学研究的水平及教研活动的质量和效益,同时探讨分析远程英语网络教研策略,使开展有组织有计划的网络教研活动成为可能,有助于专家、英语教师成为教研活动平等的参与者和实践问题的探索者,多主体共建共享资源,真正实现跨时空的深度交流互动。
This study set out to explore a new approach to facilitating academic exchange among distance ELT tutors.Based on findings from a survey among some ELT tutors,the author constructed an online Community of Practice(CoP) and proposed a Multi-subject In-depth Interaction Model for the online CoP.It is argued that the online CoP is conducive to distance ELT tutors' professional development.Suggestions were made on how to make the best of the online CoP with the aim of sharing information and experiences as well as learning from each other online.
