摘要
虚拟学习社区正在逐步成为非正式学习的主要途径,虚拟学习社区中学习的有效性与学习目标的达成情况直接影响学习者在虚拟社区中的知识意义建构。本文以社会建构主义理论、群体动力理论、计划行为理论与技术接受模型理论为基本框架,从行为研究视角识别并分析了影响虚拟学习社区有效学习发生的主要因素,建立了虚拟学习社区有效学习发生前因模型,并采用结构方程模型统计技术检验了该模型,对实证研究结果进行了分析。
The Virtual Learning Community is becoming a major venue of informal learning.Learners' knowledge-building depends on the effectiveness of learning and the achievement of learning objectives.With the theoretical underpinnings from socio-constructivism,Group Dynamics Theory,Planned Behavior Theory,and Technology Acceptance Model,the article set out to analyze factors affecting effective learning in virtual learning communities,developing an antecedent model for the purpose.This model was then verified by using the statistical methodology of Structural Equation Modeling,and results from the empirical study were discussed.
