摘要
目的:使用UPLC快速测定普洱茶饮料中咖啡因的含量。方法:色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC HSST3(50×2.1mm,1.8μm);流动相为甲醇-水(20:80);流速为0.4ml/min;紫外检测波长为271nm。结果:该方法操作简便,测定准确,浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),加样回收率为99.36%～100.06%(RSD=0.25%)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,结果令人满意。
Objective：To quickly determine the content of caffeine in Pu-erh tea drinks by the Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography（UPLC） method.Method：The column was ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3（50 × 2.1 mm,1.8 μm）,the mobile phase was methanol-water（20：80）,the flow was 0.4 ml/min,and the wavelength 271 nm.Results：Being simple and accurate,the method had a good linear relationship with concentration（r = 0.9999）,and the recoveries ranged from 99.36% to 100.06%.Conclusion：The method was fast,simple and accurate,and the results were satisfactory.
