摘要
简要阐述了6063-T5铝合金型材麻面缺陷的成因。着重从熔铸工艺、挤压工艺方面进行控制,即从原料配比、熔炼工艺参数、除渣除氢、挤压模具氮化、挤压筒温、锭温、模具温度、挤压速度等方面进行控制,避免了大截面铝合金工业型材的常见表面缺陷。
The cause of pock surface'on 6063T5 aluminum alloy profile with large crosssection has been introduce briefly. In order to improve profile surface quality the following measures have been taken carefully, such as alloying ingredient, re-melting technology, smelting parameter control, degassing, de-slagging, extrusion die nitrogentreat ment, container temperature control of extrusion press, ingot and die temperature control, extrusion speed control. There for the surface defects on the large cross-section aluminum profile have been resolved.
