摘要
对6082铝合金铸锭样品进行均匀化热处理,并通过力学性能测试、金相显微镜观察等技术手段,研究了均匀化热处理的加热、保温、冷却等工艺参数对合金组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:均匀化热处理能明显减少或消除6082铝合金铸锭的晶内与晶间偏析,使非平衡相溶解,合金组织均匀性提高,有效改善合金的后续挤压加工及热处理性能。使合金获得最佳综合力学性能的均匀化热处理工艺为:"550℃×保温2h"+"575℃×保温3.5h",强风冷却至200℃后再水冷。
Homogenization heat treatment have been done on billets of 6082 aluminum alloy. The influence of heat treatment parameters of microstructure and properties of the alloy have been investigated by means of mechanical tests and metallographic observation. The results show that micro -segregation and inter- crystalline segregation decreases or even vanishes after homogenization heat treatment, and more homogeneous microstructure is obtained with the dissolution of non - equilibrium phases. The optimal heat treatment process of 6082 aluminum alloy is first heating at 550℃ for 2h,then heating at 575℃ for 3.5h, and cooling by water after cooling to 200℃ by strong breeze.
