摘要
建立了超临界机组稳态工况下能耗空间分布模型,基于600 MW超临界机组锅炉及汽轮机系统模型进行案例分析。根据热力学第二定律,得出总体附加单耗在各设备间的分布情况,挖掘出节能潜力并提出进一步降低煤耗的指导思路。
This paper established the energy consumption spatial distribution model of supercritical power generation unit under the steady state condition.Based on a 600 MW supercritical power generation system,the energy consumption distributions of boiler and turbine systems were analyzed.According to the second law of thermodynamics,the additional unit energy consumption distributions of every equipment were revealed,as well as the positions which have the great potentail of energy-saving.Some feasible methods of energy-saving were also proposed in this paper.
