摘要
由于薄煤层开采速度慢,在薄厚煤层共存的矿区易造成下层煤炭资源积压。介绍了国内外薄煤层综合机械化配套技术和装备发展情况,结合我国近几年典型的配套技术,以及通过开滦林西矿在复采沉降区薄煤层开采设备选型配套的分析,提出了影响薄煤层开采的采高因素。并提出薄煤层工作面设备应向大功率、高强度、高能力、高可靠性、自动化方向发展。
Because the thin seam explores slowly, it easily causes under layer coal overstock in coal mine area both have thin and thick seam. The matching technology and equipment development situation of thin seam fully mechanized mining at home and abroad are introduced. The factors that influence thin seam exploration are proposed combined with typical matching technologies in China and through the analysis of Kailuan Linxi coal mine thin seam exploration equipment type choice and matching at second mining sedimentation area. And also, proposes thin seam workface equipment should develop for big power, high strength, ability, reliability and automation.
