双源CT与超声心动图定量评价冠心病左心功能的比较研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:以超声心动图为对照标准,探讨双源CT定量评价左心功能的可行性和准确性及其优势。方法:选取2011年1月~6月冠心病患者58例,其中合并II型糖尿病患者29例。全部病例于3天内行心脏双源CT及超声心动图检查。比较双源CT与超声心动图所测得的左心功能各参数。结果:双源CT和超声心动图所测左心功能各指标EDV、ESV、SV、EF相关性高(r=0.702~0.898),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种方法所测冠心病合并II型糖尿病组左心功能指标EDV、ESV值均较非糖尿病组测值高,EF值较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种方法评价左心功能相关性好,双源CT是一种评价左心功能准确可行的方法,一次冠状动脉造影所获得的数据,不但可评价左心功能,还可评价冠脉狭窄情况,无需额外增加对比剂和辐射剂量。 Objective:To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of DSCT in the quantitative assessment of left ventricular functional parameters with echocardiography as standard of reference.Methods:58 patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) were collected from Jan to Jun 2011,of whom 29 patients were diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus.The correlations between DSCT and echocardiography in quantitative assessment of left ventricular functional parameters were compared.All patients underwent cardiac DSCT and echocardiography examination within three days.Results:DSCT and echocardiography had good correlation for EF(r=0.702),ESV(r=0.874),SV(r=0.828) and EDV(r=0.898).No significant difference was found among the measurements between DSCT and echocardiography.The ESV and EDV measured with two methods in CAD patients with type II diabetes mellitus(DM) were higher than those in non-diabetic patients,while,EF was lower.There was statistically significant between patients with DM and no DM.Conclusion:There is an excellent agreement between two methods in the assessments of left ventricular function.DSCT is an accurate and feasible method to assess the left ventricular function.The data obtained from one time coronary artery angiography can not only be used to evaluate left ventricular function but also to evaluate coronary artery stenosis without the need of additional radiation exposure and contrast agent.
