摘要
针对水泥工业环境复杂,线缆铺设困难、成本高的难题,通过研究目前常用的无线通信技术的特点,提出了基于射频芯片nRF905的无线通信在水泥工业应用的可行性方案,给出硬件和软件的设计过程,并通过现场实验验证了无线通信的准确性和可靠性,同时,采用射频芯片nRF905进行现场与中控的无线信号传输,具有成本低、数据传输稳定可靠、安装方便等优点,为水泥工业的烟气成份分析数据传输提供了一种新的思路。
As the cement industry environment complex,the problem of cable laying is difficulties and the cost is high,Study now commonly used wireless communication technology characteristics.Feasibility scheme of the wireless communication technology in the cement industry application based on Rf chip nRF905 is put forward,and give of the software and hardware design process,through the field experiment verify the accuracy and reliability of wireless communications.At the same time, by rf chip nRF905 on the site of the wireless signal transmission and control,with lower cost,data transmission is stable and reliable,installation convenience etc.
