一种消防救援专用多参数毒气监控仪的研制 被引量:2

摘要 基于消防救援现场空气质量检测,设计了一种消防救援专用低功耗多参数毒气监控仪。该监控仪以CC430为控制核心,采用电化学传感器测量毒气浓度。当有毒气体超标或氧气缺乏时,系统将进行声光报警,提醒用户采取自救措施或通过双稳态电磁阀自动切换空气瓶供给呼吸,保证消防员时刻处于安全的呼吸环境。通过GPRS网络传输方式,使监控仪与上位机进行数据传输和指令的传递,有助于指挥人员根据现场环境的评估,作出必要措施。试验表明,该监控仪实现了多种毒气参数监测和安全预警,提高了消防员的作业效率,具有较高的实用价值。 Based on the air quality testing of fighting and rescue scene, the dedicated multi-parameter toxic gases monitor with CC430 as the control kernel for fire fighting and rescue is designed, the concentration of the toxic gases is measured by using electrochemical sensor. Once the concentration of toxic gases exceeds the limit, or lack of oxygen, the audio and video alarm signals will be provided by the system to alert users to take self-help measures or through hi-stable solenoids automatically switch air bottles to offer breathing, thus the safety breathing environment is always guaranteed for firefighters. The data and command transmission between monitor and host computer are conducted via GPRS network transmission. This is helpful for commanders working on site evaluation and reflecting with necessary measures. The experiments indicate that this monitor implement monitoring and safety pre-alarming for multiple toxic gas parameters, and enhances the operating efficiency of the firefighte~ and possesses great applicable values.
