摘要
目的 :探索釉基质蛋白 (EnamelMatrixProteins,EMPs)应用的最佳剂量和甲壳质作为载体的可行性。方法 :采用乙酸提取法获得猪釉基质蛋白 ,选用甲壳质作为载体膜 ,分别选择 4种剂量的釉基质蛋白做猴牙周骨缺损的再生实验研究。结果 :15mg剂量组可获得高达 78.33%的牙骨质再生和 75 %的牙槽骨再生 ,明显高于 5、10和 2 0mg组。结论 :15mg的EMPs为诱导牙周组织再生的最佳剂量 。
AIM:To explore the best dosage of clinical applied enamel matrix proteins (EMPs) and the feasibility of chitin as vehicle. METHODS: Porcine enamel matrix proteins were extracted by acetic acid method and chitin was used for vehicle. Four kinds of dose of EMPs were selected for studies on periodontal regeneration in alveolar bone defect of monkey. RESULTS: Only 15mg EMPs could be resulted in regeneration of 78.33% of the new cementum and 75% of the alveolar bone, it was higher than those in 5、10 and 20mg groups. CONCLUSIONS:15mg EMPs is the best dosage for inducing regeneration of periodontal tissues and chitin is a good material for vehicle.
