大豆根结线虫病病原生物学特性观察 被引量:6

摘要 本文为对黄淮海地区大豆(Glycine max)上二个根结线虫种的生物学特性观察结果。南方根结线虫1号小种在开封地区夏大豆“跃进5号”上能良好发育,在整个夏大豆生长期间能完成3代,每代历期为36—38天。在田间,其卵囊团、分散虫卵及冬前孵化的幼虫均能越冬存活,为翌年夏大豆的初侵染源,但以卵囊团为主。花生根结线虫2号小种在25.7(SD1.3)℃温室内大豆品种“Custer”上能良好发育,完成一个生活周期需要33—34天;而且,虫体的增大速率在各个发育阶段有所不同,雌虫在四龄幼虫脱皮后增大最快;在接种后第28—34天期间,平均每个雌虫每天产卵40个。本研究结果提供了其群体发展动态预测理论依据。 M.incognita, race 1,can develope well and complete three generations with the life cycle of 36-39 clays each on soybean'Yungjing-5' during the summer soybean growth in Kaifeng region.In the field,all its eggs, separated or in masses, and larvae can overwinter and become the first infection sources on summer soybean in which the most important in the region is the eggmass.M.arenaria, race 2, developes well on soybean 'Custer'at 25.7 (SD 1,3)℃ in greenhouse.It takes about 33-44 days to complete one life cycle.The growth rate is different in various developing stages and the fastest one is the st age after fourth moulting. It can produce about 40 eggs per female per day on average, during the period of 28-34th days after invasion.The results provide the basic knowledge of analysing their population dynamics.
