HMGB1、VEGF和MMP-7的相关性及其与结直肠癌侵袭转移关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨HMGB1、VEGF和MMP-7的相关性及其与结直肠癌侵袭转移关系,寻求某些检测指标作为结直肠癌侵袭转移及预后的标志物。方法用免疫组化法监测20例结直肠正常组织、癌旁组织及70例结直肠癌组织中HMGB1、VEGF、MMP-7的表达情况。多因素分析三项指标与结直肠癌的关系并作相关性分析。结果正常组织、癌旁组织不表达或低表达,结直肠癌组织高表达(P<0.05),三项指标的表达与性别、年龄、直径无关,随恶化程度、转移呈递增性,与肿瘤侵袭转移有关(P<0.05),且三者具有正相关性。结论 HMGB1、VEGF、MMP-7可作为结直肠癌侵袭转移、预后的标志物。
