摘要
目的 探索超声消融术治疗肝癌门静脉癌栓的可行性。方法 建立兔异种门静脉癌栓模型 ,观察超声消融术体内消融效果和对体外Walker 2 5 6和SMMC 772 1细胞杀伤作用。结果 消融前后 ,门静脉通畅度由 0恢复到 10 0 % ,门静脉压力由 2 3 2cmH2 O降至 14 3cmH2 O。兔存活时间由 1 8h延至 8 0h。体外实验发现超声消融对癌细胞的杀伤作用很强。经超声消融后的Walker 2 5 6细胞接种到大鼠皮下癌生长明显延缓。接种至门静脉 ,肝内癌发生率为 2 8%~ 5 7%。结论 超声消融术能有效消融癌栓 ,同时也能有效杀伤癌细胞 ,但杀伤作用不完全。
Objective[WT5”BZ] To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of ultrasonic disruption in the treatment of intraportal thrombi of liver cancer.[WT5”HZ] Methods[WT5”BZ] 10 rabbit models with heterogeneous intraportal cancerous thrombi were established,and ultrasound disruption dissolving tumor thrombi in vivo and destroying suspensions of Walker 256 and SMMC 7721 in vitro were studied. [WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] After ultrasound disruption therapy, the patency of the portal vein increased from 0% to 100%, and the portal vein pressure decreased from 23 2 cmH 2O to 14 3cmH 2O,at the same time rabbits survival increased from 1 8 h to 8 0 h.Walker 256 cell line processed by ultrasound showed delayed growth when inoculated subcutaneously,and the intrahepatic tumor occurrence decreased to between 28%~57% after intraportal inoculation.[WT5”HZ] Conclusions[WT5”BZ] Ultrasonic disruption can dissolve tumor thrombi effectively and render a partial killing of the tumor cells.
