摘要
目的:建立兔移植性门静脉癌栓模型。方法:将兔VX2细胞株接种于纯种新西兰大白兔皮下,形成稳定传代的皮下种植瘤。将肿瘤组织块原位种植于门静脉壁,建立类似于临床的门静脉癌栓模型。观察原位种植瘤的成活及生长情况。结果:原位种植成瘤率为100%(20/20),肝转移率为30%(6/20),腹水出现率为30%(6/20),平均生存时间为40±5天。结论:该实验的兔移植性门静脉癌栓模型的生物学行为与临床病程相似,可为研究门静脉癌栓的治疗提供理想的动物模型。
Objective:To establishment a model of implanted portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT)of rabbit and research the treatment of PVTT.Methods:Tumor cell line VX2of rabbit was inoculated subcutaneously into rabbit to develop implantation tumor.Histologically intact tumor tissue was then harvested and implanted to the portal vein wall of rabbit to set up a model similar to human PVTT.The formation of implanted tumor rate,local tumor growth characteristics and metastasis rates were examined.Results:The growth rate of implanted PVTTwas100%.The incidences of liver metastasis and ascites were30%respectively.The survival time of tumor-bearing rabbit was40±5days.Conclusion:The model of imˉplanted PVTTof rabbit provide useful tools for the research of treatment of PVTT.
