蚂蚁粉对吸烟引起的宫内发育迟缓大鼠作用影响的实验研究 被引量:4

The Effect of Ant Powder on Smoking Induced IUGR Rat Model

摘要 目的 了解蚂蚁粉对宫内发育迟缓 (IU GR)胎鼠的大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的作用。 方法 怀孕大鼠分为三组 ,不吸烟空白对照组 (A组 ) 14只 ,被动吸烟致 IU GR模型 (B组 ) 18只 ,被动吸烟致IUGR喂食蚂蚁粉组 (C组 ) 16只 ,观察各组胎鼠的大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的病理情况。 结果  A、B、C组 ,IU GR发生率分别为 3.6 % ,86 .86 %和 40 .13% ;胚胎早期吸收与死亡率分别为 3.45 % ,34 .5 5 %和 15 .0 8% ,C组 IU GR发生率及胚胎早期吸收与死亡率均明显下降 ,P<0 .0 1,且胎鼠大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的病理变化有明显改善。 结论 食用蚂蚁粉对吸烟引起的 IU GR胎鼠的大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的生长发育有显著的促进与保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of ant powder on the brain, liver and placenta of fetal rat with IUGR. Method Pregnant rats were divided into 3 groups, normal control group (14 rats,A), smoke induced IUGR group (18 rats,B) and smoke induced IUGR group treated with ant powder (16 rats,C). The pathological changes of brain, liver and placenta were examined. Results The incidence of IUGR in A, B and C group was 3.6%, 86.4% and 40.13% respectively and the early fetal resorption and fetal death rate was 3.45%, 34.55% and 15.08% respectively. The incidence of IUGR, early fetal resorption and fetal death rate in C group were decreased significantly compared with the other groups ( P <0.01). The pathological changes of brain, liver and placenta were also improved in C group. Conclusions Damages of the brain, liver and placenta of the IUGR fetal rats, which were induced by passive smoking, could be protected by eating ant powder.
