L-精氨酸对FGR胎盘凋亡基因Bcl-2 Bax表达的影响

摘要 目的通过观察L-精氨酸对胎儿生长受限胎盘Bcl-2、Bax凋亡蛋白表达的影响,探讨L-精氨酸对FGR治疗效果及作用机制。方法选择FGR患者60例,随机分为A组(常规治疗组)30例,B组(L-精氨酸治疗组)30例,生后测量新生儿体重,分娩后10min内取胎盘中央组织,10%甲醛固定后石蜡包埋,免疫组化法观察胎盘Bcl-2、Bax凋亡蛋白的表达情况。结果A组较B组Bax表达量相对增强而bcl-2表达相对减弱。结论L-精氨酸可以降低胎盘细胞凋亡相关基因Bax蛋白的表达,而增加Bcl-2的表达,从而减少胎盘细胞凋亡,改善胎盘功能,促进胎儿发育。 Objectives To study the effect and mechanism of L-arginine to Fetal Growth Restriction (FGR) by observing the expression of bcl-2 and bax in placenta. Methods Sixty cases were enrolled in this study, among which, 30 cases treated with conventional ways was named group A, and the other 30 cases treated with L-arginine was named group B. The birth weight was compared. Then the central tissue of placenta got within 10 rain after delivery were fixed by 10 percent formaldehyde and embed by paraffin wax to observe the expression of bcl-2 and bax using immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with group A, the healing rate and birth weight of group B is higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of bax in group A increased while bcl-2 decreased, compared with group B. Conclusions L-arginine could degrade the expression of bax protein and promote the expression of bcl-2, which could contribute to decrease apoptosis, improve the function of placenta and increase the development of fetal.
