摘要
本文对烟草环斑病毒(TRSV)接触感染大豆叶片细胞后的细胞传毒过程进行了连续观察。研究结果表明:①TRSV粒体是以整体病毒颗粒的形式进行细胞间传播的。②TRSV粒体通过细胞壁的胞间连丝和类似吞噬过程进入细胞。③TRSV粒体装配、成熟后,贮存在液泡中。
TRSV particles were getting intercellular transmission as a whole form,The particles were from cells wall's plasmodesma to cell and that similar engulf process into cells and the particles were stored in vacuole after being assembled and ripen.
