摘要
介绍了双链RNA、核酸杂交、多聚酶链式反应、核酸序列扩增、基因芯片等分子检测方法在植物病毒检测中运用的成功技术,并具体介绍了各种分子检测方法的原理和特点。
The application of dsRNA, dsRNA, PCR, nucleic acid hybridization and nucleicacid sequence based amplification,gene chip and so on to plant viruse detection and their advance were summarized, and the theories and characteristics of all the detection methods were introduced.
