坐卧类家具设计的人体静态尺寸研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的为了使坐卧类家具设计更加合理、科学,为坐卧类家具设计提出合理地设计标准和科学的数据.方法运用人体测量学、数据统计、人机工程学,结合坐卧类家具设计的特点,确定设计中主要的人体尺寸依据.结果设计中应充分考虑各项人体尺寸,使设计更加人性化,使用过程中更加舒适.结论通过分析并总结出人体尺寸与坐卧类家具设计中主要尺寸与身高的比例关系式,例如男性坐高=0.536 H,即坐卧类家具尺寸设计随着人体尺寸的变化而更加人性化,掌握现代的人体尺寸数据在家具设计中是至关重要的. In order to make sitting-and-lying furniture design more reasonable and scientific, by analyzing the relationship between the body size and the sitting-and-lying furniture design, we found that body size is an important factor in furniture design, provided a design criteria and scientific data for the design of sitting-and- lying furniture. Using the anthropometry, data statistics, ergonomics and combining with the design features of furniture, we got that the most important thing in the sitting-and-lying furniture design is that the human body dimensions in the design should be carefully considered, so that the design is more humanized, the u- sing process is more comfortable. Through analysis and summary the relationship of the body size and the main size of the design of the sitting-and-lying furniture ,the design of the sitting-and-lying furniture's design should change along with the change of human body size. And mastering the modern anthropometric data in the design is critical.
