摘要
介绍了一种新型基于齿轮齿条传动的二冲程发动机的设计方案,它是以一双齿条和一对不完全齿轮以及锥齿轮系为核心结构,通过不完全齿轮与齿条的间歇啮合作用,将活塞的直线运动经过锥齿轮系合成输出为连续回转运动;并对其输出速度、转矩和侧压力进行了理论分析,然后通过ADAMS动力分析软件对新型发动机和传统曲柄连杆式发动机进行了建模和仿真,并对其动力输出特性进行对比分析,突出其输出无侧力、动力输出平稳且结构简单高效的特点。
New type two-stroke engine based on gear-rack drive was designed,and the core components are introduced in this paper,including a double rack,an incomplete gears pair and bevel gear train.The linear movement of piston is transformed into continuous rotary motion by the bevel gear train,with the interval meshing of incomplete gear and rack.Theoretical analysis of its output speed,torque and the side pressure was put forward,after that,modeling and simulation of new engine and traditional crank-rod engine was done by using ADAMS software.Thus,advantages of the designed engine,like no side pressure,steady dynamic output,simple and efficient structure are highlighted,with the comparison of dynamic output characteristics between those two engines.
