摘要
对我中心 1 996~ 1 997年间施行的 2 55个体外受精 -胚胎移植 (IVF-ET)促超排卵周期 ,阴道超声监测卵泡发育的情况进行回顾性分析。发现优势卵泡在排卵前的数天以 1 .3 mm/天的速率呈直线生长 ,3个最大卵泡的平均生长速率差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5) ,而妊娠组和非妊娠组间卵泡的平均生长速率差异无显著性意义 (P>0 .0 5)。认为促超排卵药物虽然可以促使多个卵泡发育 ,但不能完全克服这些发育卵泡之间的生长差异。
Objective: To determine the follicular development by transvaginal ultrasound measurement in IVF ET cycles. Setting: Assisted Reproductive Technique Research Center. Methods: In retrospective study to examine the follicular development by transvaginal ultrosound measurement in 225 patients undergoing 255 standard IVF ET treatment cycles from 1996 to 1997 The follicular development was monitored every 2 or 3 days until oocytes were retrieved and the diameter of the three biggest follicles were recorded. Results: The growth of dominant follicle was lineal in several days before ovulation and the velocity was 1.3 mm/day. There were mark differences among the growth velocity of dominant, second and third follicle ( P <0.05). But no significant difference was found between conception and nonconception groups( P >0.05) Conclusion: There was different rates of development among the follicles in a controlled ovarian stimulation cycle even though multiple follicles were developed.
