复混肥装置技术升级改造总结

摘要 阐述了利用转鼓造粒复混肥装置进行技术升级改造,提升工艺技术水平,延伸产业链,调整产品结构,提升产品竞争力,实现产品、技术的升级换代及低能耗、低污染的清洁生产。着重介绍将转鼓造粒复混肥装置进行技术集成优化,实现一套装置既能生产普通复混肥,也能生产氨化S-NPK、氨酸Cl-NPK及内质/控失型缓释肥料,包括KCl低温转化工序、中和造粒工序、除尘洗涤工序的生产工艺,主要操作指标,主要设备选型,改造投资,存在问题及建议。 It is outlined to upgrade and revamp the technical of compound fertilizer plants,improve the level of process technology,extend the industrial chain,adjust the product structure,increase the product competitiveness,and realize the upgrade of product and technology and the low energy-consuming and low-pollution clean production by utilizing rotary drum granulation technology.The technical integration and optimization for the rotary drum granulation compound fertilizer plant to realize production of general compound fertilizer and ammoniated S-NPK,amino acid Cl-NPK and intrinsic slow/controlled release fertilizers in one plant are highlighted,including KCl low-temperature conversion,neutralization and granulation,dust removal and scrubbing processes,main operating figures,main equipment selection,investment for the revamp,existing problems and recommendations.
