摘要
目的:总结完全腹膜外补片腹腔镜疝修补术的围手术期护理经验。方法:对39例腹外疝患者采用完全腹膜外补片腹腔镜疝修补术后围手术期护理进行观察。结果:所有患者均治愈,手术切口Ⅰ期愈合,平均住院4～7天,术后随访1～23个月,无复发病例。结论:完全腹膜外补片腹腔镜疝修补术具有创伤小、恢复快、术后疼痛轻、并发症少等优点,明显减少了护理工作量。
Objective：Summary totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair patch of perioperative nursing experience. Methods： 39 cases of hernia patients with totally extraperitoneal laparoscopie hernia repair patch after perioperative nursing observation. Resuits：All patients were cured, surgical incision healing stage I , the average length of stay 4 - 7d, were followed up for 1 - 23 months, no recurrence. Conclusion ： Totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair patch with less trauma, quicker recovery and less pain, fewer complications, significantly reduce the nursing workload.
